Oh well, uh, listen when you get on the conference, call be it video or audio or when you’re in person and when the person on the other side of the table has the ability to cut that check and give you an opportunity.

People don’t have time to be giving you Second Chances.
Your first impression is your last impression that performance that you did was a elf.
You fell bruh, you failed, you did not utilize your team and then, when the lady was getting off the conference call she asked.
Are there any questions? You said? No? Are you kidding me you let her go.
It was the big win on the hook.
You didn’t even say anything.
You fell bruh.
You did not capitalize on the opportunity and it’s your fault bro.
You do not use your cheap marketing operating.
Excuse me, your Chief marketing officer, your VP, your sales and the CEO.

You need to pump your brakes hot boost, or else you’re gon na be in bankruptcy, because you did not trust your team.
You got to trust your team.
That’S in boxing! That’S in business! That’S in life! That’S in school! That’S in sports! Everything! You got! Ta trust! Your team bruh, and if you don’t trust your team, then you fail as an individual and you failed as a leader bro, but bro.
We gon na need that bro and we coming I’m telling you I’m telling you don’t play with me.

Do you want these spiritual gloves what what spiritual Club baby I’m telling you baby these spiritual gloves, I’m telling you it’s baby healing! Welcome now babe, he don’t want no spiritual gloves, I’m telling you bro, I’m telling you bro.
So the title of this is breaking berries.
The vital role of a phenomenal boxer team revealed.
Yes, oh man, you boxers, you got ta tap in with your team, your manager, your cut man, uh uh, your trainers, the promoters, your match, mate makers, all that is important in the sport of boxing, but it’s also important in life.
Man, A Team man shout out to John Maxwell man, I’ve submerged myself in his leadership material over the past three years and I must say man it.
It has elevated me, I’m no longer down there with the chickens, I’m an eagle.
I fly high, I’m I’m flying high, I fly alone, but I’m looking over the situation.
Man and his material is remarkable.
If you want to know about leadership tap into John Maxwell, I think he is the guru in my lifetime of leadership.
I can’t say about someone else, because I haven’t read their material, but I know what his material material has done for me, not only from a leadership perspective, but also from a Biblical perspective, because we both be in it every morning.
Yo shout out to John Maxwell and shout out to our boy Robert Greene, daily loss.
That is no Captain Crunch, no cappuccino and no cap.
That’S a lot of caps.
It is but check this out you all.
What I’m going to discuss also goes with how Eddie, Hearn and Anthony Joshua’s relationship is because I did watch that press conference today with Dylan white, but check this out, though, to make the fights.
The matchmakers are almost like the least on the pyramid, but when it’s a good fight, it’s the boxer and it’s the promoter that gets all the hoopla and the praise, but when the fight doesn’t go as it they wanted it to go, then the matchmaker is going To get everything and every word that’s possible.
That can be said right so with the matchmakers.
Let’S talk about them having a full-time job and it’s best that you hire through your promotional company in Matchmaker full time now with the local shows they’re easier, because all you need is your local Fighters.
You need to please your fans and then you can think about your creativity, because this is something that you want to do, but when we’re talking about the world titles, when we’re talking about the world titers, of course, we have the a side and we have the B side, the a side has to be fully protected.
The a side is the one that’s going to make sure I mean have because of their name and what they’ve been through they’re going to be the main reason why the ticket sales are sold out and the ppv ppv, and all of that just everything I don’t Have to go down everything the promoter.
Thank you, as you say.
Well, everything, okay, yeah.
The promoters.
Don’T need to do that, although sometimes promoters will dip and dab in both because the promoters have a more of a responsibility with the marketing building.
The boxer up also with the tech, the ticket sales, the gate, sales, the promoting the lights just setting everything up where the event is going to be.
The other thing is that when you have a boxer and they’re an Olympic gold medalist, it’s going to take about 10 to 15 fights before you will be able to know their theirs their skill, the different types of skill sets they have their strengths and your weaknesses.
So, based off of that, the Matchmaker will look for an opponent that can challenge those weaknesses that that boxer has.
But at the same time, because we have seen fights like that and they’re just totally mismatched and I’m going to tell you why.
That may happen.
Sometimes number one the boxers at the last minute can just say: I don’t want to do the fight because it can be because if they thought about it, it’s come closer to the fight and their opponent is either too good or they just didn’t put in the Work that they needed to put in that’s one of the reasons like Clarissa Shields fight last minute they had somebody last minute Cruz said when they had the uh interview that it took her two weeks to train and she fought Clarissa Shields.
Now.
My thing with that is, I think he should always be training, because that way, there’s you don’t really have to be concerned.
You should always be in the gym there shouldn’t be just because you are not in the ring that that means it’s time for you to get extra sleep and not be doing anything see that happens.
What also happens is their coach slash their trainer? Now the Matchmaker could say this is going to be like a could be a 50 50 fight, but the coach slash trainer can see it as a 60 40.
and they won’t allow their boxer to fight.
Because remember, that’s: their income source is from The Fighter now, sometimes the coach slash trainer can be persuaded, but it has to be talking some good good Guap and that’s the only reason why that they may decide to go along with it.
Now, let’s go to Eddie Hearn and Anthony Joshua’s situation.
We all know that there have been some Fighters boxers athletes that have left Eddie Herr, for whatever reason: okay, but their relationship.
Here I was listening to them.
Talking and Eddie.
Hearn had said that Anthony Joshua had always wanted to go back to fight Dylan because remember seven years ago.
What happened so that didn’t happen and he had his most recent fight correct.
But what I respected about what Anthony Joshua said was that, even though the money is good but fighting White first before going to fight Wilder, if that is going to happen, that’s what he needs to do and then fighting his opponent.
Of course, that’s what the fans want to sing and I really it sold out already: okay yeah, that fight has already sold out already, and I know the ppvs are going to go off the hook.
Where are they fighting over yeah at the O2 Arena yeah? So to me, the division class that excuse me the weight class that I think that’s really dominant in the sport of boxing right now – is right.
It’S lightweight the show field did y’all, see that show field and Roads boy.
He stays committed like that.
That’S another one! Don’T play with him do not play with him, but Rhodes, I’m disappointed in you.
Where did where did the body slams come from man? I’M gon na tell you what man I’m gon na tell you Gerard? Yes, oh Ennis yeah.
He will keep you with the boots that boy there ain’t no joke.
Now that that was he is no joke.
When I tell you, hey man, y’all box is running from that dude there man, I see it.
I don’t think no boxers really want to get in the ring with him bro that boy that boy man he got power in both hands left right.
Man conditioning was A1.
I mean very much.
I have not seen a boxer besides man in terms of peak condition.
In the later rounds, I’m talking about, he was eight one.
I’M talking about bro and the fighter that he fought.
The excuse me the boxer that he fought.
He was not no can of tomato, he was a legit, he was legit.
I mean that boy.
There was a boxer, but that was the first time he ever got knocked down.
But when I tell you boy that that boy man look at here that boy boots in his name, he is serious man and – and I’m telling you y’all Fighters, is ducking that boy.
I’M calling y’all out to the square man, your boy’s ducking that boy y’all boys do not want to fight that boy.
Booth, Ennis! You don’t want to fight that boy.
I seen it.
I understand why he is not playing and you know what Sheila he is from Philadelphia and Philadelphia has a a culture me too, and we said once we get our Fighters, they going yeah they going up to Philadelphia, but there’s another place too, but I’m not going To say where they are going to go, but there’s another one, because I’ve been watching a different style of boxing, I’m not going to put it out.
There can’t give out all my secrets, but between that – and this other place that I want to go is cooking in the pot.
It’S really going to be great, so the matchmaker is the one that puts two and two together and I think that we should applaud them, because it’s not always easy, but sometimes, in my opinion, I think fights are just kind of put out there also, because some Boxers, just don’t want to that’s sometimes what it’s like.
It’S uneven right like when you have a boxer, who’s, skillful, and then you have one here and it’s almost like wait.
A minute is this: a setup did y’all just put these two together because you just want this fighter to win, so they have an opportunity.
Maybe at the end of the day.
I know it’s all about the money, but I’m saying, but sometimes it just happens, but we have to look at it that it’s not always just this.
It’S not always the promoter that turns away a fighter.
I’M gon na tell you what and it could be the code, slash trainer, say man.
Let me tell you something for all you.
Boxers inspiring boxers and man be dedicated to your crowd, forever.
Stop looking at the materialistic things that you can achieve.
If you get to that level, the word, if you get to that level, I don’t see that dedication in you boxes, man, your box is doing this for the wrong reasons: you’re not doing it for the art you’re not doing it for the sport you’re not doing It for the crap, the only person that I really see really get into the this man and them all that them uh them.
Abdullah boys too.
I can’t remember the the Abdullah boys uh they from Philadelphia too yeah um, but that boy man boost Ennis man.
Look at here, I haven’t seen a committed fighter like him in a long long time.
He he reminds me of the passion like uh Marvin, Hagler Sugar, Ray Leonard Mike Tyson early on in his boxing career, like that type of commitment to his crab.
You know what I mean like: that’s the that’s.
What I see him boots and is I see someone? That’S that’s it ain’t about the money.
It’S about the love like when I was coming up playing basketball.
It was the love of the sport of basketball.
That drove us to to work on our craft, today’s different God’s doing it because they see that it may be an economic opportunity for them to get out a poverty situation from their childhood or their environment that they grew up in.
I get it, but man to love got to be there, my boy.
It cannot be about that bad, because when things don’t go your way and if the love ain’t there bruh it’s a rap bro, but that boy boost in his man.
He made me excited about boxing.
Like I mean Javonte Davis is, is great, I’m not taking nothing away from him, I’m not taking nothing away from uh Shakur Stevenson, I’m not taking nothing away from Devin Haney, I’m not taking nothing away from uh who else some have just had that old man.
This boy boots in his maintenance proof, man and let me tell you another one who I really like uh.
Well, I do like both of them.
I do like Earl Spence and I do like Bud Crawford.
I do like them boys and I’m not taking them away from the twins.
The the Charlie twins uh.
What is it tamelo and Charlie? But excuse me brother, if I, you know, mispronounced your name incorrectly no charge to my head, not my heart.
However, I do not see the type of level of commitment in you guys, like I see in Boots image man.
This boy here is serious man and it shows in the boxing ring it shows in his movement.
It shows in his defense.
His conditioning was amazing Sheila.
I mean like in the 10th round, normally normally boxes be, you know and that’s what caused that fighting.
That’S what caused that fighter to swing crazy and he and Bam it was around.
But you know, like you, said, having that passion doing it for the passion and the love, when you do that.
Do it that way, the money and all of that is gon na, come because you’re Improvement on your craft you’re, improving on your weaknesses, you’re, improving on your skills, you’re, improving on your mentality, you’re, improving on your spirituality.
So all of that, coming together and for the right reason, because of the love of the sport, the love of what you do, the love of what you’re going to do.
The love for what you’re going to accomplish the money is definitely going to come.
But when you come in or if you come in one way and then all of a sudden, you start making the money and then you start showcasing and then you start changing.
Then that’s when nobody’s really going to be impressed with you anymore, because you’re not you’re, not entertaining you’re, not really showing what it is that you should be showing so and – and you know like Sheila in our research when you and I have been studying about the Different type of boxing styles that you and I like, and we want to incorporate that into our brand and what we feel like will give our Fighters the advantage to be successful in the ring.
We want to see people with that type of passion that Mike Tyson had early on in his career.
Like I ain’t telling my I’m talking about like when custom model was alive, God bless the soul, but when custom model was alive, Mike Tyson had a level of discipline that I had admired and loved and respected like I can identify that type of level of discipline, Because that’s how I am I’m in my own way with with my crap and what I got going on, but that level of discipline only comes around so often yeah and a person has to be truly called and anointed.
But more importantly, that person has to be willing to give their life for this, like it can’t be no plan B, no plan C plan a got to be it no matter.
If you don’t have a place to stay, if you don’t have food to eat, or none of that, you got to be so locked into this here, man that this is all that matter.
If you don’t do this you’re not going to survive, you live you breathe.
You eat you, sleep like Jack Dempsey, I’m talking about you not caught up in social media you’re, not caught up with the women you’re, not caught up with going to the clubs and all that and clothes, and all that you strictly dedicated to your craft.
That’S the level of discipline that I am attracted to.
I admire that type of stuff.
That’S who I am like me and she were having conversation I said baby, I don’t.
I don’t have no pictures of me in the club because I wasn’t in the club.
I was in the library I was.
You know what I’m saying.
I didn’t say that I was in the library grinding hours days.
It man, you better, ask them boy in Hillandale on Godby Road, you better ask them about me man.
I I’m really that dude shout out to my boy bino, my boy bino lived on the corner of Hillandale in College Park, man.
I was walking from my house to his house because I would type type up my email, I didn’t have no internet but I’ll walk to his house and he gave me permission to just you tap into his Wi-Fi and I was I have about 40 emails and I have like so much things that I wanted to look up so I’ll pull them up, so I can read it read it offline, but anyway, the point of the matter is that the level of discipline and that’s something that I’m not really seeing in our community.
So without kids, that’s in the staff and Boxing Club mentoring program, you guys better tap in real early because we’re not playing this year because the first year, you guys, got a lot of things from us and we need to get an Roi a return on our Investment so July, the 19th, when we meet at the Cab County Library, you better come with your library card, because that’s one of the requirements of being in our program.
The Stafford Boxing Club mentoring program is what Sheila yeah.
You know why? Sometimes I just had a thing that just went on okay, so yes, that’s why I I like that I just blanked out so baby.
What does I have a good excuse, I’m just not telling telling you all so baby.
So just tell everybody: what is the requirement for the kids in our program? They have to have a library card because they have we’re trying to teach them and show them that there’s always a way that you can get a book or any type of information that you need.
So whether if you have Google or Chrome or whatnot, that’s all fine to Dandy and also to be honest with you, there’s nothing wrong to actually have a book in your hand, I get that you I get that we have.
You know we can read books and we can the tablets and we can listen because I was I was I’m.
I was listening to a book, an audio I just that’s just not me.
I’D rather just have the book in my hand, because if I need, if I don’t understand something, then it’s just it’s like it’s right here I could just go back.
I can underline it and then, if there’s a word that I don’t know what I will do is I will go on Google and see the meaning of that word but see I have the book in my hand.
That’S just me: nah nah, nah, baby, that’s perfect, because it’s not that we are separating ourselves from technology.
No, we Embrace some technology.
Thank you, but at the same time, let’s start with the foundation.
Everything was written in a book yeah.
So, like you uh stated, you talked about how, when you’re reading a book – and you come across a sentence or come, come across again so come across a word.
You can underline that word and then go back and research that way it will help you right with your vocabulary and it’ll understand and also I used to stutter so bad, I’m talking about man.
It was crazy, so my people growing up, I was in foster care.
They were talking about sending me to um.
You know, you know, get some help with the with the uh stuttering, but I was like now.
I want to go to no counseling or no get no help.
So I started reading books I started reading and the more that I began to read the more that I began to overcome and attack that situation.
So it’s a couple, kids in our program that have that stuttering problem and we are addressing it by reading the reading books.
So that’s why we’re hosting this event? It’S important not only for our program, but it’s important for the kids.
We want them to get in the habit of reading reading the library, the library being familiar, no matter how you can find your books and any other type of information.
Yes, because they have at the library whether it’s at Georgia State or the public library, a computer where you can actually find the book on your own on your own.
So sometimes we need to be independent and learn how to do things on our own.
Instead of always having to rely on somebody else, but you can keep it balanced, you know always keep everything balanced, but at least you know how to do it.
Oh and let me say this and it’s just something totally different: it just atmosphere – and I just wanted to address this so now – we’ve been homeless before, but I remember when we were sleeping in the car and – and I asked the guy said: hey man: can I Park the car right here, the first thing he said was: hey man just make sure you keep it clean and I was like what, like I mean, that’s a no-brainer.
You know I’m grateful that you letting us park park the car right here, but this is what I’m seeing when I ride around in the city, and I see it not only in this city, but I see it nationwide, for whatever reason some of us in life Going to experience, hardship situations and some of those experiences may be man.
We don’t have rufo right here and we might got to be outdoors.
We got you know what I’m saying man I had no family, some of our families may have passed on or whatever it may be, or whatever happened to the point that you’re in that situation.
Man, the only thing I’m saying man, man, is keep the place clean.
Bro, keep it clean man stop throwing stuff on the trash.
I mean on the ground, and you know what I mean like.
So it makes people not want to even provide resources or help you and another thing.
Man stop acting like you entitled for someone to help.
You because you’re in that situation, don’t nobody owe you nothing man just like with us.
No nobody, nobody off.
Nobody, owes us nothing bro and, to be honest with you, we didn’t really talk about this and we didn’t really share this with really nobody.
You feel what I’m saying, because we were like baby, it’s between us and God.
It’S between us, because we going to determine what’s really inside of us and the only way that you can determine uh what’s inside, of a person’s heart, is that it got to go through extreme pressure and through that it made our marriage strong and made that road.
Thicker, you know what I mean, but it gave us the ability to really see what’s inside of us.
What’S in your what’s in your heart, what are you in this relationship for or what are you in this marriage for and the only way you can really see? What’S inside of a person’s heart is Let It Be everything be removed, then you’ll know if that person going to stay or that person going to leave, but I just you know I I just it’s very disappointing.
When I drive out, let’s say in Cobb County it’s playing out there, I mean it’s, it’s different vibe.
It really is it’s so relaxing man they they just.
But then, when I come to DeKalb County and you know man, we got trash everywhere.
It’S just like this place right off of Wesley Chapel right.
It used to be a uh uh Enterprise place right and so like it’s a lot of people that goes from the the gas station over there into this building and man.
They just trashed the place up.
Man breaking all the windows man I mean like man, that that lowers the value of property when people trying to invest in that particular property.
You know what I’m saying like when people see that the community is dirty and it’s trash everywhere and it’s high crime and all this now people are reluctant to bring businesses in that Community to help the community to give people, jobs and stuff like that.
So when we don’t have that type of respect and and reverence for our community being clean, I am tired of seeing people drive down the street, pull up at the stop sign or the red light, and just throw trash out all on the highway.
Just throw it or at the gas stations, here’s the crazy part about it so we’ll be up in so me and my wife will go places and then you know we might just sit in the truck and we just eat what we just bought.
We just looking and man we’ll see black folks and I’m calling you out man, because man there needs to be a level of accountability.
You will be you you, women and men would be so lazy.
To put the the cart back, the rack will be right there and and then you would just push it not being mindful of people who pull up in their cars and that the the cart will just come back and Bam.
Now they got a scratch on that car.
Only thing you had to do was just push it and put it in the rack, with all the other carts of being held.
I don’t understand that that is laziness.
That is, is a sign of who you are as your character, and then we complain about this.
We complain about that, but yet we’re not taking care of our own Community, we’re not even taking care of our own selves.
I’M not even gon na go there baby, because that’s why? No! No, no! I wasn’t gon na go there, but I’m glad that you brought this up because check this out and I don’t want our kids.
I don’t want our kids seeing that, like that, like it’s a it’s a it’s like a generational cycle, because kids only emulate what they see.
Adults do so when they see our our elders and and adults in our community and people who they look up to throwing trash and doing this and doing that now, your son gon na do that.
Oh, your daughter gon na do that when they see their parents being trifling being lazy, not taking care of the community – and it was an, it – was something that I saw in the summer, maybe about uh two or three weeks ago it was an Indian dude.
He was in the summer and I was sitting there and man, so somebody came in the sauna and left a whole bunch of paper towels on the ground, and it wasn’t that Indian dudes, but it was someone else and he left it.
There man, the Indian dude, went out the sauna grabbed a paper.
No, I’m not nah my bad, my bad something else.
The man picked it up with his bare hands and all in the summer, man and it was like man – and I was like okay.
If he can do it, I can do it so I started picking up stuff, even though it wasn’t mines.
I just started picking up now most of the time I do that, but then it gets to a point where I’d be so irritated.
When I see us inkies black folks, black Americans African-Americans, whatever you want to call us right, because I don’t want to offend nobody.
But I’m talking about people that look like me and you right y’all just throw trash man, I mean just nasty man, just nasty customer service, nasty bro I mean, and so the kids is looking up to this.
You got Pearson all in your face and Tattoos all on your face.
Now I got some tattoos, but man.
You know I keep it modest, but all that on your face, yo Nick I mean it’s just crazy man, I’m just that’s.
I don’t understand, I’m not picking anything up, I’m not picking anything up in the uh locker room because I see the women and they purposely do it.
They know what they’re doing they don’t even say.
Excuse me but check this out, I’m glad and I’m not saying that I’m perfect, I’m not in there, since you brought this up and with the kids and with the kids and seeing because I had told you about this, so I’m going to bring up this young Lady, that’s very well known in the um.
Oh sorry! So, oh let me say that me and my wife.
We are challenging each other, not to say Fellers feelers, like um and because we are iron iron sharpening iron.
So if I say um and you hear that noise or you know or just tell us y’all want me to do it harder than that because if you don’t hear it, that means I’m not doing it hard.
Well, no, I tell you what well let me just you feel, I’m saying so you can hear that so when you know that you already know what it is not gon na.
Do me like that, but check this out.
There’S this young lady, that I’m sure that you all heard she’s an Entertainer she at she’s an actor and she sings.
She just had a baby that her child is a few months old.
She went to man hold up, Keke Palmer, that’s who I’m talking about.
I know, let me finish, I know, but you was but you, okay, okay, just get to it, don’t even play so she went to Usher’s concert and she had a sheer Siobhan.
I believe that’s what you call it and she had on the G string now at that time her and her baby’s father was together and when I look at the guy, I’m sure eventually he probably would have asked her.
Would you marry me wrapped her arms around Usher? Oh Starstruck, turning around all you see is booty cheeks.
This feminism thing that’s going on he’s getting out of hand.
Now, let me tell you, I am for women leaders, women in the boxing, because it’s at a all-time low with in women in leadership positions, and I get it Kiki.
You have a responsibility.
Whether if you know it or not, we all do can we can.
I just put that down whether, if you’re an Entertainer well-known if you’re not well known well, it’s giving much required.
We all have a responsibility and all these women are coming saying: oh he’s, insecure! Oh, a man that doesn’t let his woman or his wife wear that it’s something that’s wrong with him.
No is nothing wrong with him.
Is something wrong with you all in the way that you all are thinking and with Kiki, because what man wants to take a woman home to his mom, his dad and even if Grandma or great-grandma is still alive? And why would you want her to be wife material when she’s showing all of her goodies to a man, and then you know how Usher already is Usher’s already planning? No, no! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! That’S not the question.
Is they? Don’T talk about her okay because she is because she is revealing herself and then you have a child, but now let me tell you all Once Upon a Time I’ll tell you, because I’m sure there’s gon na be some people listening and saying.
Well, Sheila! You can’t talk, I can’t talk now.
I’Ve changed my ways yeah because she’s like whatever, but I never but I never heard.
But let me tell you I never wore g-strings.
I was never comfortable with that.
Yes, once upon that, just wasn’t me, but yes, I used to wear the booty shorts and the the daisy dukes and yes, I used to wear like those uh.
I mean.
Excuse me those broad type, those fashionable fashionable bras.
Yes, I used to wear it, however, but when I think about it, I sometimes I feel bad, because at that time I didn’t know that my kids and the other kids, and when I’m around my elders, that I was being totally disrespectful and then I was disrespecting Myself – and I didn’t have the respect that I have now – we need to change our way of thinking, ladies because there’s I’m jumping around, but there was also an interview with the baby, and it was also an interview with one of the city, girls and the question To the city, girls was, can your daughter be a hot girl? Can she do a hot girl summer? Can she be a city girl? She said no, the the baby said my daughter better than not bring anybody home like me, she better go, get her a geek.
So she can run him like that.
He said no.
He says I am not playing that.
So those two answers right.
There should really tell you all me and my wife, we rock with you a hundred percent.
We are proud of you be careful with who you hang around with, but let me just say this, so you are championed on behalf of Kiki for her being dressed in a certain way now use engage at the time and it has nothing to do with a Person’S insecurity they just want what’s best for you, listen! Listen when you look at me.
Real good is nothing insecure about me, but as a man, I don’t want my wife.
I don’t want to coming out the house looking any type of way or when things that are revealing, that only should be revealed to a husband, but then so it ain’t got nothing to do about no insecurities and no man or a man trying to it’s.
Just about being real ain’t, no! No! It’S about Hey! Listen! If you wouldn’t want your man going out and doing certain things.
Vice versa, a man wouldn’t want his woman going out.
Yeah.
I don’t want y’all need to wear gray sweats so so like I, I think we got to be balanced and we got to be very sensitive on how we address situations.
Let’S call it spade a spade and let’s hold each other accountable, not as a OG in the game.
It’S a way to say: hey Kiki, you know what let me pull you to the side.
Let me talk to you.
You are a role model to these little girls out here they look up to you, people these kids are inspiring to be like you, I’m a role model, so I got ta watch what I say and I got ta watch what I do, even though I’m I’m Young I’m trying to have fun, I I understand it, but when you get to a level of opportunities and a level of financial stability and you are being presented in the public eye, you must conduct yourself in a certain way.
I don’t do certain things right.
She don’t do certain things right.
Number one is the brand the staffer box number two.
We got one really, God God let me hold up hold up.
Let me wrap it around and put it on verbs.
First of all, some people talk about it, but we live it.
We about that life being a respectable representation for the kingdom, the gospel, the death and barrier and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
We are for Real about that.
That’S number one number two is us right.
You know what I mean: I’m not going to be a certain way, because I’m a representation of my wife and my wife is a representation of me.
I was having a conversation with with one of my uh God, friends and he’s very dear to my heart, and he was saying I was.
He was saying that, because of me of how I carry myself, everybody respects my wife.
You know what I mean and vice versa, but it is because of me – and I’m not saying over the household here and I’m not saying that it’s it’s all about me and I’m not taking nothing, nothing away from my wife, but when people think about Sheila, they Think about Stafford and they respect her because of how I carry myself number two: the brand, the staff for boxing the making of Champions yeah spiritual gloves right the brand we take pride in our brand, so we have to act according because we want the public to Support because anytime people see a brand, they want to know who’s behind.
That brand number three is that we have kids now kids in our mentoring program and it’s crazy, like these kids really look up to us, and this is It’s a remarkable feeling and and experience, and so now we went from 25 to now about to be 50 Plus this year right so now we can have close to 100 kids looking up to us right so number.
Well at this point, this is out of order, so I’m just naming so we got the sponsors.
We got Walmart sponsoring us right, Walmart, sponsoring the Stafford Boxing Club, the staffer brand.
They cutting checks, we got truest Bank, the financial institution, truest part where the Atlanta Braves play, cutting the check we got.
We have uh little who’s, sponsoring us right.
They are a German company, so we have these big sponsors: oh wristband Bros.
We have sponsors right and we’re gon na get more sponsors right, but but if we act in a certain way, these folks not gon na put their brand their name their reputation on us.
So it’s important man much giving much is required that when we get the opportunities, we cannot do things and if you do do things, do it in the privacy of your home, but not in the public.
Where people put that on video and put this on social media, so many lives have been changed because people put information that should have been done inside their home.
They put that stuff outside and people get a hold of, stop misleading and now you’re misleading me, kids, and because what y’all rap about y’all, not about that life is straight.
Captain Crunch, no cappuccino and y’all know that too, and so we need to stop giving these.
These kids in our community uh smoke screen.
We leave them astray and anytime.
It’S like my boy trap, shout out to trap.
Um doctor.
Excuse me my bad, my my bad, my bad Dr Travis Barber.
We are giving so much respect and Glory verification to these entertainers, but these entertainers are not giving anything to the community.
I don’t know what an attorney is, giving what to make in shape, and you know or innocent I’m saying, because when an Entertainer uh entertains that entertaining for a paycheck and so depending on uh who’s, cutting that paycheck, they they morals and and character, are going to Be put to test, and I’m glad that you said that and real quick when you were talking about the entertainers.
Now there are some entertainers, some that’s something.
There are some entertainers that do give back to the community, but let me tell you they might have a building go, have a camp after school.
Now, I’m not taking that away from them.
Thank you for doing that because you really don’t have to, but we need more, but are they really getting that substance that these kids need or is it a photo yeah because you really don’t hear about it like when they first do it? You hear something about it, but then later on, you don’t hear anything about it and what what are they actually getting? It’S just my question: I’m not putting you all down like I said we do need more, because the kids don’t have a place to go.
They’Re, just some of them are just doing whatever.
Oh just real, quick, too.
We were going to watch their movie, but we didn’t but uh yeah the sounds of freedom and I’m not gon na lie to you.
That’S a tough one bro I was when I was talking.
I was talking with God and I can say this and I’m not trying we’re not trying to be superheroes.
We’Re not trying wait.
Wait, wait, wait! Wait! I don’t know not right.
No yeah we’re not trying to carry put too much on our shoulders.
We just need to stay in our lane and do what we’re supposed to do and make and then now our lanes are getting a little bit wider, but this is what we’re ordained to do, and I just want to bring this up again.
Please and just listen.
We really need to if there’s a program like the staffer Boxing Club, mentoring program, families, mothers, Guardians, fathers, whether if you’re a single parent or not support the Stafford Boxing Club mentoring program, you could be doing your best things happen: everybody’s, not perfect.
Things going on within the family, our children need to be protected because, with this sex trafficking, I’ve really been learning it’s going to overtake drug selling and also with the gun selling, because they can get more, like.
I said the last time uh, even a wife, a mother can be kidnapped and there’s a true story based off of that too women children, boys, girls, can be so for six from five to ten times within a day during the day and then they’re traveling they’re, Going to different states they’re going to different countries, it’s it’s serious, so whatever you’re thinking and you’re thinking and you’re you’re, just not there.
I just I.
I hope that the the families and the parents are watching this keep an eye on your children and, if you can put them in an after-school program that you trusted yeah, I was just about to say trusted where there’s a safe haven, because Georgia is one of The ones that’s really going up in numbers when it comes to these kids and I wish that they would talk more about this.
You know this is it’s.
It’S it’s big business, but it’s it’s uh! It’S a business! Yeah! It’S after reading! I mean excuse me after watching well, prior to that you know I used to read things on the internet, articles and stuff, like that.
I start looking at the data, but I think for me when I was watching the movie.
The Sounds of Freedom based off of a true story based off of a true story, and I start what I read and then what I saw it just it just came together and it was kind of like man.
This is crazy.
Like I mean the sickness of some mind to a I’m, an adult to do this to a child bruh and like when – and there was a part in the movie when they said that this is more significant than selling drugs.
Like you get more money doing this than you do drugs, because you can, you know the drugs, you can sell it one time and then it’d be over with and you got to re-up, but with this particular situation you can you can trick it.
One time you see, I think they said five to six times in one day, yeah five to six times in one day.
That is that’s just too much.
That’S crazy! This that’s just crazy and I was seeing like you know, videos through surveillance cameras where guys would just pull up and just snatch kids and women too.
I mean snatching women, it’s just crazy, snatching, kids too, and then, as you know, the women are being used to lower these kids into these type of treatments and stuff, like that.
So it’s a lot going on in our community and I’m totally in agreement with you.
Sheila, I think I I the parents, the mothers and fathers the Guardians uh.
You need to be on high alert right now, because you know at any given moment, uh your kids, your child can be snatched up and I want to say Lord thank you.
Jesus for entrusting us with the kids in our program, and if you want to know if the staffer boxing uh Club mentoring program, is the best program out now ask the kids they’ll tell you matter of fact.
If you want to go a little further, ask the leadership at Panola Way elementary school, and if you want to go further, ask DeKalb County School District about the staff of boxing mentoring program and the impact that we had this year.
This was our only our first year.
This is where we started and we so grateful because we have our own classroom.
We got our own classroom and so we’ve been entrusted with these kids and now the parents.
They I mean they Embrace us.
So when I call them – and I say – hey – I have an event: oh I’m gon na make sure that my child be there because they know that when their child come under our leadership, the team Stafford.
They know that they’re going to get the right stuff and it’s something that their parents agree upon, because so many kids are missing that and we are very fortunate me and Sheila to be able to pour into these kids that will last a lifetime.
So we’re very grateful for that so check this out too.
We’Re going to have another great show, I’m not going to talk too much about it, but I give a little hint heavyweight division.
Oh yeah, oh yeah, baby! Oh it’s so interesting! So baby, are we talking about this today? Oh, oh, no! We’Re going to talk about that.
The next yeah, because, right now the the weight division is the lightweight.
Then that’s that’s the face of boxing because you have Aerospace and Rhodes fight and so we’re looking forward to Arrow Spence somebody.
Let me ask you a question, so the winner of Aerospace and aerospence and uh Bud Crawford.
So I think they fighting like three weeks.
So I want to ask you the winner of this fight: do you think that they are the face of boxing [, __, ] across and and the face of boxing, because they saying that this this fight is one of the fights that’s up there like let’s say When Muhammad Ali Sugar Ray Leonard – ah it’s up there, that’s that’s the way that they are yeah.
I wouldn’t even I wouldn’t my personal opinion, I’m so glad that I’m not you were Glazer, because every time you say something, people always got something awful shout out to Rick Blazer, hey! I I don’t get my personal opinion on the boxing, because, okay, I get it because they said it’s like the big like with with Ali and all that, but I wouldn’t say that uh there’s some other, so the Facebook right now Javonte Davis, is that what you’re Saying with the lightweight period period, and I think the reason why Javonte Davis is not getting the type of publicity as him being the face of boxing is because his out of the brain issues that he’s been with.
That is true too.
But let me ask you a question now: the face of boxing is a person that we consider to be the face of boxing.
Does that also include their personal, but also inside everything yeah because perfect? But I can’t I can’t I wouldn’t.
I would not say that I would just say I wouldn’t even I can’t say that we don’t know, but let me tell you something: I am waiting for Anthony Joshua, because this one right here is really going to see where his future is and where he’s going To go so I see I don’t want to say I don’t want to say too much, because this is some something that I want to talk about.
But let me tell you about their press conference.
I was very impressed, but why Dylan white he’s funny? He told Eddie Hearn to stop BSN because he had been wanting this fight and then Eddie Hearn was just like well, I didn’t think that you were going to accept the fight and they were just laughing, but this is another press conference that I really like.
Both Fighters, everybody strong respect, ma’am James, Yes, Man, much respect to him like he knows what he’s doing, because Anthony Joshua has been training in Texas and then you also have.
He seriously have Ryan Garcia and I do think Ryan Garcia is going to be a totally different person now, because now leadership, you know it is about the boxer and protecting the boxer.
I do get it, but it has to be for the whole.
The whole thing for the promo, the promotional company, the boxer, the promotional company, the coaches, the trainers, the Matchmaker, just just everything – everybody has to be on one page, very good, one page, so I enjoyed the show today I did too.
I know you did amen, hey spiritual gloves, CDs right here called spiritual gloves.
I ain’t listening.
We want to thank you for tuning in to the Stafford, show I’m big Stafford this lady Stafford and together Stafford boxing the making of what Champions you know what it is.
[ Music ] we out of here I like this right here.
We already know man, it’s different staff for boxing the making the champion you dig, I like your hat.
It almost was my hat.
We celebrated his birthday the other day on the 6th, so everybody make sure you still say happy birthday, my sugar, daddy
