What up talking fight fans, thanks for tuning in to today’s episode of The Knuckle Up knockout of the week, reviewers, truly Mike Gore and usually joined by the man, Senator Ben? But you know what he’s in the gym today working real hard guys.
You know what it is man you’re here to find out who we picked as our winner of The Knockout of the week, and it is going to be a man by the name of Oscar Duarte victimizes.
Our man Alex Martin at 114 of round number eight guys.
If you don’t know who this cat is, let me just fill you in a little bit about this kid.
Uh, 24.
1-1, going into that fight comes out.
25 wanted one for 20 Kos.
In that light division.
He is ranked seven out of 301 in the U.
S 21 out of 23 105 in the world and he’s only 27 uh from Mexico stands five nine with a 71 inch reach and he’s only 27.
and guys Alex Martin.
You know the name: he got dropped.
Sort of dropped twice and lost by stoppage for the first time in his career, guys and uh that took place uh last night.
If you had a chance to watch it, it was uh on the Oscar De La Hoya card, and yes, this was a great fight to watch guys.

Martin was down twice around.
It count, waved California rules, KO Dorothy, cut right eye from a legal punch in round five, but you know here it is Oscar Duarte extended is not going to stream with the most impressive win to date.
Uh a right hand by a streaky Mexican Contender from Chicago was Alex Martin in place before falling to the canvas for the first of two knockdowns on the night, uh and ensuing the Florida Martin seconds later, uh with project referee uh, Jerry Cantu, to stop the contest At 114 of round eight in their lightweight battle, uh Saturday evening guys this one was on the zone at Walter pyramid on the campus of California State University, Long Beach, uh.
The fight took place at a 136 pound catch weight, uh, which saw Martin moved further down.
The scale after previously campaigning at welterweight uh Dorothy heavy-handed 27 year old from Mexico uh was determined to become the first to stop the crafty veteran uh in a big way, which he did guys um.

Um.
You know Martin employed lateral movement early in the fight, though Duarte moderately enjoyed success in cutting off the ring.
Uh time was called Midway through the round and left left-handed by uh.
Martin landed well South of the Border.
Yes, guys George, he came back later in the round where the left hook over the top, to which Martin immediately responded with a counter right hand to the chin to whereas they walked forward and fought in counter punching mode.
Early in round two a right hand landed for the streaky Mexican knockout artist after Martin landed a left to the body towards they took the lead as the round progressed, although Martin was able to slip most of the incoming and respond with less uh Duarte landed.
A pair of right, hands uh that had Martin briefly stunned inside uh.
The final 10 seconds of the round Martin was forced on the defensive early in the round.
In round three as Dorothy went on attack, both Fighters landed hooks, but it was doraday who kept coming forward.
Martin was able to create space in the final minute and was effective with his stick and move approach.
Uh once again closed the Gap landed the right hand, just before the Bell uh, he continued to land the more telling blows as he came forward in a straight line in round four Martin stood directly in the pocket connected with the left hand, downstairs and a right Hook, uh to our to Dorothy’s chin, uh Dorothy Corner Martin leading around uh, though it was a right hand.
Just after the belt, which drew the IRA of Chicagoland lightweight.
Who raised the issue with referee, Jerry, Cantu uh, the court of Dorothy went to work and uh ready to uh fixed up that right eye and uh.
They had more work to perform after the Mexican Sluggers suffered that cut uh, which you know was a little scary.
There for a second, which was ruled as cause of a punch Martin, took advantage of that moment, stepping back the head of Dorothy with a right, uppercut and left hand upstairs uh Dorothy tagged targeted the body through most of the incoming was blocked by Martin uh.
You know the juror rise of the pro-mexican crowd with a swarm of power shots in the first minute of round six uh Martin weathered that storm uh, but his chin was a digitally tested after Dorothy landed an overhand left um on this uh out of the Southpaw Stance uh towards the momentarily stopped punching to which Martin responded strictly with power shots Martin returned to the jab in round seven, which helped set up left hands that occasionally landed but minimal impact.
At this point, uh the warranty drove Martin to the ropes, with a left hook after two right hands connected on the inside uh, the framing Powers Duart they produced a sudden ending in route 8.

Martin was uh consistently on the move, but ran uh out of ring space.
Really uh found himself crashed right up against the back of the roads and uh.
You know found himself backpedaling to try and get away as he ran out of room.
Uh Dorothy crashed home uh right hand that left Martin limp before hitting the deck uh Martin somehow beat the count but was sent through the canvas shortly thereafter.
Can’T you raced in stopped the boat without even issuing the second count.
Uh Martin suffered his first stoppage, guys uh for establish defeat as he fell to 18 and five or six Knockouts uh the words improved to 25 1-1 with 20 Kos.
With this win uh his tenth in a row.
His entire current win streak has come inside the distance uh since he suffered a loan career defeat in February of 2019 split decision to the Countryman, uh Adrian Estrella uh, the former ibf Junior lightweight Titleist Joseph Diaz Jr um faces San, Diego Brad Filipino South Martin.
Guess the that’s this card, guys that’s what this was on.
